We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day from purchase.  At very busy times, this may be a bit longer but we always aim to get your parcel out the door ASAP!

If you live in a unit, we recommend a parcel locker or PO Box to ensure your parcel is safe.

If you have a faulty product - for example somethings leaked during transit, the packaging is crap, you ordered green and got red...all those things, we will make it right. 

All we ask is that you check your order straight away and let us know of any issues within 14 days of your product arriving.
