Winter is here, so let's bring out our darks! To set the mood, we have a dark rainbow effect of sparkling coloured glitter set amongst a black base, plus the matching dark colours of black base which appear as a solid colour inside, but outside in the sun light they pop up and lighten with a lustre style shimmer.
