If you have a faulty product - for example somethings leaked during transit, the packaging is crap, you ordered green and got red...all those things, we will make it right.
All we ask is that you check your order straight away and let us know of any issues within 7 days of your product arriving.
Just flick us an email to hello@adiption.com.au with photos of the issue and your order number, and we'll have you happy in no time!
It's important to note that dye-lots do differ slightly, and there may be tiny variances between batches of product. This is normal and not to be considered a fault. That said, if there is a noticeable difference between shipments of colour, we'll be sure to note it in our product description and provide swatches.
