We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day from purchase. At very busy times, this may be a bit longer but we always aim to get your parcel out the door ASAP!
Please note, for international orders all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In line with our previous Return Policy and Vanilla Ice's very wise words, we will do what we can to help you track, check and otherwise ensure your parcel is delivered to you in the way you chose at check out, but obviously the time it takes to get your parcel through the postal system is outside our control.
If your order goes missing, we will work with the shipping company to find it. This process can take over a week and about 95% of parcels are recovered during this time. Once the investigation is concluded, we will take action as per our Vanilla Ice policy.
If we have proof of delivery, no further action will be taken and it becomes a police matter.
Please note - if you live in a unit, we recommend a parcel locker or PO Box to ensure your parcel is safe. We will not replace multiple orders to the same address.
