Boss Babe is inspired by our #manime winner Rachel Seres. Rachel chose her boss, Sarah, as her inspirational woman. Sarah, is a genuinely beautiful person who helps lift and empower others around her. She runs a family business with her two brothers (and is a mum and wife) and is an absolute work horse. She provides great support daily for her father with Dementia and her mum with her health issues. Rachel too has her health challenges and her boss is also a great support to her.

Sarah started a charity 'Dad's Army' to raise money for Dementia and has, alongside her family, friends, staff and customers, raised many thousands of dollars!

Boss Babe is a Aqua coloured base (which is the colour for Dementia) with gold foils, to represent Sarah's sparkle :)
