We recommend using our products in a well ventilated area if you're sensitive to dust or fumes.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day from purchase. At very busy times, this may be a bit longer but we always aim to get your parcel out the door ASAP!

If you live in a unit, we recommend a parcel locker or PO Box to ensure your parcel is safe.

As part of our commitment to a greener business we use 100% recycleable and/or recycled packaging materials and aim to minimise our footprint wherever possible!

If you have a faulty product - for example somethings leaked during transit, the packaging is crap, you ordered green and got red...all those things, we will make it right.
